Tasting Notes
"Winey and jammy notes lead on the nose, with both candied and tart sour apples, and an herbal side. The mouthfeel is somewhat watery but there are big, rich flavors, with dark chocolate covered raspberries, honey, tannins, and juicy red fruits. The finish takes on more of an oak and spice characteristic, with some lingering astringent bitterness. There are very nice components in here but somewhat disjointed overall."
