Thin, weak, wouldn’t finish it. Immediately occurred to me. They must be doing something to cut corners on the aging. None of the notes you normally expect from a proper age whiskey were there. Almost thought it was a nonalcoholic spirit to be honest.

Light on the oak woodiness. Oak wood sugar of vanilla. Nose and taste has a lot of corn sugar. Reminds me of rock candy. I like it. Easy to drink.
