Really good in drinks, or on its own. Mild and smooth

umami crisp and faint vinegar on the nose .... clean, nonalcoholic umami taste that ends with the roasted smoke flavor, short lived though. my first mezcal.. not bad.

I think this is the silver standard mezcal for most people. Quite smoky with good flavor, a trailing of blue cheese at the end is interesting. Not exceedingly smooth. Great value at $30, I have not found any mezcals as close as good at this price point.
