Tasting Notes
"Honey and flowers dominate the nose of this tequila with hints of jalepeño and agave vegetal notes. The palate is extremely sweet and the Sauternes flavors almost overpower the tequila itself. The slightest hint of white pepper brings the reminder that this is indeed tequila. More sweet and floral round out the finish. While an enjoyable dram, it doesn't sing out as tequila, allowing the barrel to overpower the agave."
