It is allowed to rest for 3 months. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, fruits, herbs & spices; while a rich & complex life adds notes of citrus & pine; that led to a long & smoky death. Reviewed February 19, 2021 (edited January 6, 2022)Nose: Diesel, agave and carroway/antiseptic. Palate: viscous and potent. Alcohols are pronounced, smoky and herbaceous flavour with eucalyptus, hint of peach and sweet fruit and open fire. Finish: savoury and bone dry, long.
