Reviewed May 27, 2022Lovely aroma of caramel, vanilla, black pepper, spicy sotol, grape, mint, lemon, brine, grass and a big dose of cedar. Woody and spicy on the palate, cedar, pepper, caramel apple, cinnamon and a hint of chocolate. A little spice at the finish. Utterly aromatic and complex. Delicious.Total Wine & More -

Reviewed May 27, 2022 (edited May 29, 2022)Tried neat in the pool with @Looneyhead The legs it leaves on the glass is beautiful. On the nares I get spice with notes of vanilla, strong cedar, mint caramel, lime, Himalayan salt. First sip is initially hot and then mellows out. I get notes of wood, mint, vanilla, & toast Smelling the empty glass I get flowers, oak, and strong vanilla. -

Reviewed March 4, 2022A beautiful “not quite tequila” closest spirit would be tequila but it’s for-sure unique. With many delicious flavors, it is a very earthy drink. The oak has prominent place along with a hint minty zest. One of my favorite “not tequilas”46.99 USD per Bottle
