Tasting Notes
"The aroma is quite similar to homemade cornbread. The palate is much more decadent. Initially it’s creamy, soft, and sweet. Old-fashioned vanilla soda, toasted grain, and barrel spices all keep things lively. Despite the high amount of rye in the recipe this is definitely for the high-corn mash bill lovers out there."
