District Made Straight Bourbon

Sweet and floral on the nose. Taste is more subtle than the smell would suggest. Notes of wheat and caramel. Very smooth with only a slight fire in the throat that barely carries into the belly. Aftertaste is sightly bitter and acidic.

Did not love the first glass. Bland with nothing recognizable on the taste. Texture is similar to vodka which makes sense due to the grain.

Corn in the nose. Vanilla, red hots. Super strong burn. A few drops of water helped but not quite enough.
