Don Enrique Fonseca decided to produce his own tequila and purchased La Tequileña distillery, located in the Tequila Valley (Lowlands). He called the brand "Don Fulano," a generic name that roughly translates to "someone.

Tasting Notes
"Subtle caramel and oaky spice notes play off the vegetal and earthy notes of the agave nicely. Grapefruit and orange peel add texture to the more rich, toffee and chocolatey notes with a bit of tart dried apricot, with a refreshing and slightly toasty finish with a bit of peppery spice. "
