Tasting Notes
"The nose offers campfire with sweet roasted carrots blanketed by herbs, caramelized sugar, black pepper, lemongrass, and vanilla. The phenols are turned up higher on the palate, with smoke, asphalt, rubber, and barrel char, along with a strong minerality. The finish is grassy with agave nectar, ash, and a tart-sweetness a la Smarties candy."
