Dos Hombres Espadin Mezcal
Dos Hombres // Oaxaca, Mexico
First announced in July 2019, Dos Hombres Mezcal is a collaboration between Breaking Bad actors Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston. Then the cooked agave is crushed with a tahona stone and open-air fermented for several days. After distillation in a copper pot, the mezcal is brought to proof and bottled without aging.
Mezcal JovenA spirit distilled from one or more different varieties of agave. Can only be produced in designated areas within 8 different Mexican states. Must be bottled in México. This is unaged or aged in stainless steel or plastic containers before bottling.
