Tasting Notes
"Only a faint whiff of rubbery smoke comes through the nose, which otherwise gives off aromas of cooked agave, lime zest, and caramel. The palate is roasty and soothing, with flavors of roasted coffee beans, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, sarsaparilla, and lime jam. The overall effect is a trifecta of earthy-smoky-sweetness with a pleasant puff of peatiness curling through the agave base flavors (but not smoking them out) into the finish. "
