Tasting Notes
"The aroma begins a little dusty and somewhat like dry cardboard. Some barrel char notes appear, but the sugar aromas are gentler like the top of a crème brûlée. As you taste, you'll get just a little bit of funk, coffee grounds, and an aroma like a Sharpie permanent marker. Some copper tones come into play as well and the rum is on the dry side. Would be fine in a cocktail, less so sipped neat."
