Tequila Extra AñejoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged for at least 3 years in barrels not to exceed 600 liters. Any type of wood is acceptable, although ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Extra Añejo tequilas are also known as "ultra aged".

Tasting Notes
"The agave sweetness can be detected from the moment the tequila is poured into your glass. Digging a bit deeper you'll find a host of barrel spices and dried herbs. There's even a bit of fresh peppermint. The mouthfeel is on the light side and again, it is the barrel that makes the greatest impression. The sweet agave, however, does a fine job balancing the spice. The finish is lengthy and peppery with hints of coconut. Less dessert-y and rich then you might expect."
