Dark copper with amber hues.
Nose shows rye, dark caramel/brown sugar, tart and ripe fruit notes, jam, vanilla, cacao and sawdust. Incredible complexity...
Front is quite rich, sweetness all over. Burnt caramel, brown sugar and vanilla come in, bouncing back and forth between oak, syrupy fruit, rye spice and chocolate.
Warms the chest nicely.
Drawn out finish is somewhat dry and pleasantly bitter/spicy.
This is the first ECBP that I can really appreciate neat, but a few drops of water do stretch it out.
This is incredibly complex and is me favorite ECBP to date.
