Nose: apple juice, apple jolly rancher, cinnamon, baking spices Palate: toffee, almond, tiramisu, brown sugar, apple blossom, respectable amount of ethanol without it being overpowering. Finish: leather, peanut shells, spearmint flavored snuff, long finish Thank you @TravHernandez for the pour. This one is impressive!

This is highly good. Sipp neat my friends, small chip of ice as needed... Will be buying more barrel proof bottles as I run across them.
