Tasting Notes
"This is one of those proof-in-the-pudding bourbons, where the heat of the proof cuts through a pudding-like richness. Aromas and flavors of creamy vanilla, preserved cherry, caramel and baking spice are met with an alcoholic burn in both the nose and on the tongue. As a result, the finish is cut a bit short, although fruit, sweetness and spice (especially spice) put up a good fight to linger. "
