Tasting Notes
"The nose is like sitting in a well appointed library surrounded by leather-bound books while sipping whiskey that has additional aromas of cooked cherries, milk chocolate, marshmallow, and dusty spices emanating from the glass. Cherries play a big part of the surprisingly medium weight and juicy main flavor profile, mixing with vanilla, nutmeg, and clove. A subtle floral pinecone note drifts in and out toward the finish, which lands with more cooked cherry notes, sweet corn, pipe tobacco char, and a coating of spicy oak. "
