Tasting Notes
"The nose is a spicy and sweet, with a pronounced baked apple aroma and mulled spices (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice, hints of cardamom). There is a rich note of toasted sesame on the palate, mixing with tarte tatin (caramelized apples, burnt sugar) and more spice. The finish is rich, fruity, spicy, and slightly buttery with a fair amount of heat from the proof. "
