Reviewed January 18, 2020 (edited April 18, 2020)Batch C918. It's hot, but under that is rich brown sugar, vanilla, and a hint of caramel in the nose. The flavor matches although I don't get the caramel as much and there is maybe a hint of pepper in the upper palate mixed in with the alcohol heat that lingers there. It is a wonderful bourbon. -

Reviewed January 16, 2020Added a little splash of water. Brown sugar, oak and honey. Slight floral note. Oily and rich.
