Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon

Very nice. Strong vanilla and alcohol on the nose. Bit of fruit. Sweet and spicy on the palate. Peppery. Finish is fairly long, warm, tart, and tobacco-ish. Reminds me of a nice cigar. Wish I had one to smoke with the rest of this bourbon. Definitely recommend.

Seriously one of the better bourbons I've tasted. Vanilla and berry notes on the nose. Vanilla, apples and cinnamon on the palate.

Really enjoyed Elijah Craig tonight. On the nose it is sweet and light. I got a cream soda note for a moment. Very nice vanilla and caramel flavors. I would get some bright fruits on half the tastings. Not spicy on the finish which I appreciated after venturing into rye the other night. I may have found another favorite to keep stocked.
