Embarjador Platinum tequila is distilled from 100% agave. The agave plants are roasted in traditional ovens as well as steam baked before being mashed and fermented. After being distilled twice the tequila is rested in stainless steel vats for 40 days before bottling.

Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.

"This tequila deftly straddles the line between crispness and richness. Grapefruit and lime (both the juice and zest) mingle with spring vegetal notes like mint and chives. A richness of stewed agave and cooked green peppers plays into the other flavors, and it finishes with a sharp note of peppery spice. "
