Tasting Notes
"The lemon note is bright on the nose along with a gentle floral note. Juniper is present and accounted for, but is not front and center. The vegetal notes of the cucumber come through on the mid-palate and towards the finish. The 85 proof allows this gin to give a punchy finish. Would say the lemon and cucumber notes could punch a bit higher on the palate, but it's certainly a warm weather go-to. "
