Tasting Notes
"To me, this felt like an unpeated single malt that was handed to a dragon, who then blew some smoke over the glass and exclaimed, "there ya go, miss!" There were a lot of grassy and foresty flavors that go all charcoal and rubber tire. Some butterscotchy bits in the mid palate. Feels a bit young and unresolved, as though the richness, fruit, herbaceousness and smoke need more time hanging out in the barrel to get to know one another and commingle."
