Tasting Notes
"Like the Brooklyn food scene itself sometimes, sadly, this whisky seems to suffer from influences of too many cooks. It can't make up its mind if it wants to be peaty, fruity or sweet, so all of those voices are talking, but none of them resonate with a loud and proud Brooklyn boom. The flavors are as muddied together as the Gowanus canal. Jura whiskies can be very beautiful and complex. This one made made this Brooklyn dweller want to push it away and say "fuhgeddaboudit!" while reaching for the 10 Year."
