Evan Williams 1783 Bourbon (80 Proof)

Nose: tons of vanilla and Carmel Finnish: sweet and oaky Not blown away by this bourbon. I wouldn’t recommend drinking it strait.

Nose is balanced with aromas of nuts, raisins, touch of banana, apples, butter Taste: initial taste leads with vanilla and oak transitioning to caramel and toffee butter. Taste is short but clean finish. Good complexity for an inexpensive pour and great for an everyday decent selection.

Aroma: oak, slight vanilla Palate: sweet, woody Finish: mild alcohol and a bit of dryness
