Evan Williams 1783 Bourbon (80 Proof)

High oak smell with some cinnimon... Somewhat oily on the pallet spice on the finish. Not a lot of complexity or enjoyable flavor. I did not notice the floral flavors mentioned in this review... There are MANY superior bourbons at this same price point

Very light hints of caramel and baked cherries on the nose. Light body, as expected. Mild notes of spice and maple. Some vanilla to finish. Not disappointing for under $20.
