Evan Williams 1783 Small Batch Bourbon

A bold, Kentucjy Straight Bourbon Whiskey crafted with a mash bill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye. age in American white oak barrels from 6-8 years before being bottled at 90 proof. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich & bold life adds notes of caramel, honey, mint & turbinado sugar; that led to a long & warm death with notes of oak, cinnamon & nutmeg.

Great balance of bite and flavor.

It's not bad at all forr the price. It has a good flavor and a good kick. Well balanced. Judging solely on flavor I might have a few I prefer, maybe out of the old grandad line. But this is nothing to snuff at.

Rich vanilla wood aroma. Taste is hotter, spicier, still rich, some sweetness, intense.
