Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Strong like you'd expect from BIB. Cinnamon and spice go well with the burn. Great whiskey for the price.

Nose burns of ethanol and butterscotch. Tastes surprisingly sweet, butterscotch, spices and that 100 proof afterburn. The finish is quick and easy. I like it for a cheap dram but not overly impressed.

A surprisingly lovely nose: floral and sweet. A spicy burn in the front that tapers quickly to brown sugar. The finish flattens quickly, signifying that this is not a sophisticated bourbon. Nevertheless, this is one of the best bottle in bond Bourbons I've tasted and is an great value, quickly become a go-to regular drinker.
