Tastes

On the nose, caramel and toffee. On the tongue, tastes sweet and smooth and of caramel with a little heat on the back end. This could be dangerous in the wrong hands or mouth with its 108 proof.

Sweet and a little hot. Not quite as good as its counterpart Sexton.

Not really that sweet but in-between. It does run hot on the backend. I think this more as Jim Beam Extra Aged but leaning toward the hot side. Still a nice sipper.
