Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Awesome for the price neat and as a mixer

Nose is banana bread leading to a spicey and oak palate. The fishing is medium with lots of white pepper

Sweet vanilla on the nose and maybe a hint of banana nut bread. Mild flavor on the front of the palate with a slight sweetness but the finish is all tobacco, oak, and pepper. I tasted this blind and knew that out of 35 possible choices, this was Evan Williams. Those same flavors from my youth but more refined. An absolute steal for $12.

Vanilla, Carmel, and banana nut bread sweetness on the nose. Tobacco, pepper, and cinnamon on the finish. A very underestimated bottle of bourbon.

Neck pours of these are rough. Let it breathe for about half an hour. Worth every penny.

It's good. Would definitely drink again.
