Fercullen Falls Small Batch Irish Whiskey

The nose is fresh with charred oak, ripe fruit, barley sugar and brown sugar. It is bright and full of life, with a heavy emphasis on citrus notes. The palate is soft and opens up with barley and charred oak, giving way to buttery vanilla and a slight kick of pepper. It is creamy and smooth, uncomplicated and dangerously easy to drink. The finish is medium and creamy, with buttery vanilla lingering in the mouth while barley and straw gently fade to round out a wonderful experience.

Semi sweet and salty with some spicyness
