FEW Straight Rye

Sweet, notes of fruit and caramel.

Nose: fruit (apple), cereal (Cheerios) = Applejacks? Palate: cardboard with spice Finish: drinks hotter than the proof Overall: okay, but not my favorite rye

Spicy nose with a bit of a 'slippery' taste and nice, just-bitter-enough-to-be-interesting finish that make this something I look forward to trying again.

Great interesting flavor, smoky, sweet, smooth with hint of maple
