Filibuster Single Estate Single Barrel Straight Bourbon

4-grain mash bill (includes wheat). I prefer my wheaters to have no rye, but this is still tasty.

Single Barrel 57.55 abv 3 yr 10 month old. Strange nose: but after trying hard, it was I get molasses, fresh cut hardwood, baking spices, young corn Palate: hot alcohol burn, sweetness, young corn whiskey Finish:caramel, some oakness after I tasted against EW Single Barrel. Reminds me of Evan Williams Single Barrel

Vanilla and baking spices on the nose.   Brown sugar, pecans on the palate.   Finish is spicy and long with a hint of apple on the back end. 

Store pick. This one is 58% ABV. Heavy rye note with a sweet cherry finish. Also get notes of Blubbery and bread. Decent bottle.

55.39% 3yr+ #A257 Sweetened rye nose. Rye forward, earthy, bready, cherries. Long, warm vanilla finish.
