"A very fresh and vibrant nose with lots juniper, this could be misstaken for a classic dry gin. There's some notes of coriander and orange peel as well. The palate shows a more distinct graininess, and has a nice viscosity. However, the juniper always remains on center stage. This could make for an interesting Genever & Tonic."
