First West Small Batch Bourbon

Sweet smell and taste. Taste is good but harsh. Burns mouth, throat, and stomach. Probably only good in a mixed drink or cocktail. Not good straight.

First time having the heritage corns. Different taste in bourbon I have had but the added cinnamon had the spice similar to a rye. Was okay don’t know if I would buy a bottle.

Great sipper. Sweet, carmel, vanilla and fruit on the nose. A sip hits you with a smooth but spicy note. Sweet carmel and fruit up front. A hint of cinnamon, cereal and vanilla on the finish. A drop of water bring out notes of warm banana bread. A great addition to any collection.

Nice noise, rich color, very soft and smooth, pleasant burn and hug, lots of caramel and fruit notes

Honey on the nose. Tons of sweet honey and caramel on the tongue. Way too potent straight but lovely with an ice cube.
