Tasting Notes
"Although the nose is a little muted, the palate shows a fair amount of complexity for such a young product. There's a nice rye backbone that carries flavors of ginger, vanilla, along with some delightful savory flavors like pumpernickel, cigar smoke, and maybe even some dill pickle. This bourbon would sit comfortably next to your favorite sandwich. "
