Muted flavors corresponding to the youth of this bourbon. Just ok.

was very impressed with flavor and balance

Sweet smelling, hint of banana. Taste comes from the middle tounge, smooth, little bit spicy. Goes down smooth, warm not hot. No bitter after taste. Not the smoothest by far but good taste. Picked it up at their distillery on the way home from the falls.
