Tasting Notes
"The nose is an aromatic mix of juniper and fresh, spring herbs with ripe raspberry, cherry, and plum notes. The palate is on the drier side of the sloe gin spectrum, with a cassis-like flavor mixing with sharp woodsy and herbal gin botanicals, so it's less like a liqueur than other sloes. The finish is bright, tangy, and berry-like with a refreshing pop of herbaceousness. "
