Green olives and lime definitely! Full flavor, not bland at all. Amazing!

Bright, vegetal, olive brine. Lining it up against other blancos reveals it to be not worth seeking out.

I’m really enjoying this. I love the earthy, herbal qualities of this tequila. It’s leagues above your well marketed brands like Casamigos, Jose Cuervo, and Teremana. This is my favorite tequila for cocktails. I’m going to Jalisco next year for a wedding, so I’d love to visit the distillery while I’m there.
