all you have to do is pop the cork on this stuff to know it’s a different beast. wonderful citrus & earthy smells hit you right away & continue through the taste. the longer you let it linger on your palate the more flavors it reveals. only tried straight but will make a top notch margarita i’m sure.

Cooked and green agave on the nose along with fresh olives, a hint of lime and hay baking in the sun.
Pepper hits the palate with quick buttery and vegatel notes followed by an earthy olive. A very oily and full mouth feel
The finish is long for a blanco with nice hatch green peppers, citrus, earth, butter and fresh cracked pepper corns
Slightly overrated. Fortaleza’s fermentation process seems to introduce more sour byproducts than that of other producers. Holds this back from being as smooth as it could be.
