Gin fans Matt Jones, Stuart "Stu" Gregor, and Cameron "Cam" MacKenzie founded Four Pillars in 2013 as their way to contribute to Australia's craft spirits industry. They named their distillery after their four pillars approach to gin production - "stills, water, botanicals, and love." This Bloody Shiraz gin starts with their Rare Dry Gin combined with Australian Shiraz grapes. Note: As this gin is unfiltered, the brand recommends consuming within two years of vintage listed.

"Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin smells like a spicy twist on sloe gin, with sloe berries and cooked plums backed with some tangy herbality. Sweetness comes first on the palate, like herb-flecked fruit leather. Finishes like an adult, semi-dry fruit candy. "
