Reviewed August 18, 2017 (edited April 24, 2018)On the nose, nutmeg, vanilla, and sour baked apples. Spice immediately on the tongue, the tingle lingers throughout. Baking spices, wood, leather, cider, muddled berries. Slight bitter aftertaste. Lots going on. 8/18/17 -

Reviewed August 15, 2017Light and sweet. Drinks super easy for the high proof, lots of wood character. The floral of the single barrel recipe stands out more than I expected. -
