The bourbon was crafted by Master Distiller Brett Elliott and is bottled at 108.

Tasting Notes
"The aroma is filled with dark cherry, brown sugar, leather, oak and toasted baking spices. The holiday spices continue on the palate with pecans and caramel joining the party. Further tastes bring out the herbal quality in the bourbon showing a nice mix of sweet and savory. Peanut brittle and caramel popcorn flavors are found as well. It's slightly chewy and tight on the mid-palate, but still pleasant to drink at bottle proof. If you like water, would add just a tiny splash. This dram is fun to explore so take your time to enjoy."
