Four Roses Small Batch Select Bourbon

Slightly sweet with mint in the nose. The mint comes through on the palate with a good amount of spice. Medium finish that gets sweeter as it dissipates. An interesting pour.

Really different, I have never had the spearmint come out like this... not getting the chocolate but it will probably open up over time. Probably wouldn’t buy again.

Rich warm wallop. Still smooth and easy drinking. Solid but no distinctive pop 🧐
