Molasses, peanut, cinnamon and candied apple on the nose. The palate starts with a bold baking spice up front followed by a heavy molasses and vanilla sweetness. It continues with more roasted peanut, rye bread, and honey. The finish is long but not too intense. It gets oddly sweet as the “hug” come on. Excellent

Apple, cinnamon and vanilla on the nose. Orange zest, brown sugar butter, Graham cracker through the front palate. The back palate comes through with baking spice and more orange with a molasses sweetness. Medium finish. Solid offering.

Bold baking spices up front on the nose followed by brown sugar and Graham cracker. The front of the palate is a slight hint of mint, spice, pepper, and brown sugar. Balanced and not too sweet. It finished long and opens up to more pepper followed by an intense sweetness. Great pour.

Cherry, cinnamon and vanilla on the nose. Hints of oak as well. Very sweet upfront and tastes like the nose projected. The back end heats up a bit with black pepper, baking spice, and a different sweetness from what I suspect is the finish in oloroso. Medium finish with a small hug. Very nice and balanced.

Nose has tea leaf, caramel, and hay. On the palate the heat hits up front with a blend of sweetness and spice, and again with tea leaf on the back end. The finish is long with a nice hug. Unique pour.

Everything you want on the nose. Caramel, oak, spice. It’s like warm banana walnut bread with a maple syrup. Absolutely heavenly. The palate follows exactly as the nose hinted to. There an immediate hit of sartenes age spice with a not too heavy alcohol feel. It coats the mouth well and stays for what seems forever. The finish turns to holiday spices followed by more sweetness and a long finish that brings out the Kentucky hug. A near perfect pour.

Cinnamon, vanilla, orange zest, and baking spice on the nose. The palate immediately opens with a surprising sweetness of candied apple followed by a nice rye spice. The finish brings out more caramel with a hint of tobacco. The finish is long and medium in strength. A very well balanced pour.

A light caramel sweetness with baking spice on the nose. Cinnamon sugar on a churro. Bold up front on the palate that quickly fades to sweetness then reappears as spice on the back of the tongue. Oak is prevalent in the long finish. Very good.
