Nose: light and vibrant smells, cocoa fust and citrus zest.
Palate: carmael comes out of nowhere as the first flavor that hots the tongue, inreally didnt get those notes on the nose. Again, thw chocalte theme is there but oretty subtle.
Finish: a little astingency with good oak flavors and vanilla frosting.
I like this bottle, different from other four roses offerings ive had in the past. It’s fresh vinrant flavors and is not deep rich flavors which is a nice change in pace from other bourbons. This is a good bottle to sip on when you arent trying to have a high octane full proof drink.
