Four Roses Small Batch Select Bourbon

Nose: a little ethanol, fruity and floral Taste: definitely mutli layered but still slightly subdued because of the blend. I think I like the sib better but this is a close 2nd. Tangy darker fruits, medium spice with that tangy spice finish.

Sweet surypy leather nose. Sweet spicy cinnamon smokey dark chocolate on palate. Chocolate lingers and now picking up chocolate on the nose more.

Nose: Oak and vanilla. Palate: Leather and pepper spice up front. Creamy mouth feel. Long finish. Overall: Bitter more than sweet, but pleasant. Reminds me of a cigar.
