Reviewed June 15, 2020 (edited August 15, 2020)Begins with a nice expression of the sweet side of the JD profile (banana, maple), continues to a creamy marshmallow, and then sorta fades into nothing. So while it’s less vegetal than the No. 7 and it’s “smooth”, it’s missing the corn and rye notes to give it more backbone. -

Reviewed June 12, 2020Nice standard whiskey, taste the vanilla and to me slightly smokey, more on the sweeter side. Not a bad first whiskey at all.
