George Dickel Barrel Select

Corn, vanilla, honey and charred barrel nose. Slightly spicy up front, with wood, vanilla, cherries and nuts, finishing long and sweet.

Ok the nares I get vanilla, orange, cherries, oak. On the palate I get wood, cherries, citrus.

Somewhat sweet, then slightly tart. Brown sugar, caramel, and a hint of peanuts. I’m not really getting the banana that a lot of people mention, which is a good thing. Good, but not as good as the Bottled in Bond 13 Year (Spring 2007) that I recently tried.
